Paul’s job just keeps getting better!
Friday was a day off of school. I had finished taking tests in both of my classes last week and could actually relax and take the weekend for fun. Ashley and I decided to work together to clean the house and watch some movies. Paul told me that he had a safety meeting next Monday and usually brings sweets for the guys. Ashley and I decided we would make home made cookies and brownies for his meeting. His bosses will be in town for the meeting, and it is kind of important that he make a good impression. Paul’s #2 guy, the second shift dispatcher is out on medical right now, well actually he has been reassigned job duties. He is to come in mornings and handle the problems and do the paperwork, and Paul is supposed to work nights, again. BUT! the boss is coming into town and needs to “talk to Paul”. Now this meeting has been pushed back twice, so I doubt it’s bad news, but Paul is always waiting for bad news, especially with this job. Well I have baking to finish, a fridge to clean, lunches to make and dinners to prepare. So back to the housework. Tomorrow I get back to the insane reading schedule, after parent teacher’s conferences of course.
