weekends
Well we made it through the day yesterday. We spent about 3 hours at the Tybee Island Birthday celebration, Ashley had so much fun running and playing. She learned how to play bocce ball, and got to cast a fishing pole, and other fun games. She also got to touch snails, and hermit crabs and even a baby alligator.
Then went and got the convertable. We went crusing with the convertable and went to an artist’s event on the pier and watched some surfers.
We got home from all of that in time to realize that I had gotten a little to much sun yet again, inspite of the sunscreen I put on that morning. We had to head right out the door to the birthday party for Ashley’s friend. We went to Michael’s and the project was a frankenstein pumpkin head candy dish. 2 hours and 10 screaming kids was more then I could handle, well actually it was not the kids as much as it was one of the mothers who was having problems with her kids. Ash was doing so well, her friends mom told me I could leave so I headed out to the jeep to read my text book for art class. We finally got home after spending most of the day away from the house. Ash took her bath and was asleep before her head even hit the pillow.
