What’s gonna happen next?!?
So it’s official the central air conditioner for our house is in fact fried. I guess some part is froze up and Paul, bless his heart, can not get it t break free. So in-spite of the fact that it is officially fall and the weather should be cooling off, we are still having 80 degree days with high humidity. The good news is Paul and Ashley spend most of the heat of the day in air conditioning at work and school. I on the other hand, have no a.c. in the bus or in the house.
I am still looking fr a new job, because I just can not continue to abuse my mind and body by driving a school bus for Chatham County Schools under the management of First Student. It is really hard for me to believe how much this job has effected me both physically and mentally.
We are going to start getting estimates for a new Heat Pump, which is an air conditioner and heater combined in one unit. We also get to find out if we will need to update our wiring and electrical for the house in order to get the new heat pump. Fun Huh?!? New wiring and electrical will mean having the all of the wiring in the house updated and run into a new breaker box, then having the electric company come and run new service to house with more amps. We have already had one estimate for this and we are looking at nearly 5k just for that, not including the heat pump.
Well Paul is headed out to his first company/business meeting out of town, so I gotta run and help him load up.
